The children's ministry includes the following ages:
8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon - Nursery - Age 6 months to 3 years
Located in Wesley Hall room 102-104, our nursery is available during ALL three worship services (8:00, 9:15 & 11:00 a.m.) for ages 6 weeks through 3 years old. It is staffed with women who have been devoted childcare workers for many years. Children, aged 2 & 3 are given age-appropriate Sunday School lessons.
9:15 Sunday School - Grades Pre-K through 5th grade
Children start the 9:15 a.m. Sunday Worship Service seated with their families for the first 5 - 10 minutes, at which time they will be called up to the front of the sanctuary for the "Children's Moment". Afterwards, the children head up to Sunday School with their teachers, where a vibrant lesson is experienced.
This Sunday School is separated into the Pre-K - 2nd grade group, called Kidz 4 Jesus. The 3rd, 4th and 5th grade group is called 3-4-5 Club. During the summer months, both groups participate in a combined Sunday School.
11:00 a.m. Sunday School - Grades Pre-K through 5th grade
During the 11:00 a.m. service, the children begin worship with their families and are then dismissed after the first two praise songs. This is a combined class for children ages Pre-K through 5th grade, where the Bible stories are brought to life in an interactive way.
